Dr. Arvind Philomin

With Dr. Philomin’s years of accomplishments and reputation, it is clear he is the driving force behind the standards of excellence and passion of Palm Harbor Premier Dental.
Dr. Philomin earned his Bachelors in Dental Surgery in India in 1996. Following this dental education, he spent two years in Central NY as a Master Dental Technician delivering incredibly beautiful and life-like teeth.
He acquired his Graduate Degree at NYU College of Dentistry in 2002. During and after completion, he became involved in the art and science of Implantology. He is part of the International College of Oral Implantology and is highly qualified to perform dental implants. Throughout the years he has helped many patients restore function, health, and beauty through dentistry.
Dr. Divya Adusumilli
She is the backbone that supports Dr. Philomin’s philosophy and direction. Following graduation from NYU College of Dentistry, she started working with Dr. Philomin at Palm Harbor Premier Dental. Dr. Adusumilli has been practicing general & cosmetic dentistry as well as orthodontics for over 9 years. She is also certified for IV sedation. She understands the importance of communicating treatment options to her patients and helps her patients have a dental experience that is pain free, positive, and fully enjoyable.
Being passionate about dentistry has led her to a life-long commitment of continuing education as well as keeping up with the latest advances in dentistry. Dr. Adusumilli’s primary passion is cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. She has advanced training to straighten teeth and fix improper bite issues. Her experience with Invisalign is vast and many of her patients use it.
She is a member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Member of the International Association of Orthodontics, and a Fellow with the International Congress of Implantology.
Outside of work she actively takes part in raising funds for various organizations including Boys and Girls Club, Toys for Tots, and local community organizations.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and traveling.
Dr. Thuy Vazquez
Dr. Vazquez graduated from San Jose State University with a Software Engineer degree before earning her doctorate from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Her greatest passion is being able to help people. She believes in providing the best experience and quality of care as possible, while forming a lifelong patient-clinician bond with patients and their families.
Dr. Andre Kandy
Dr. Kandy is a 1995 graduate of Northwestern University, School of Dentistry. After graduation, he moved to Wichita, KS where he practiced the highest degree of cosmetic and family dentistry to serve his community. In 2008, Dr. Kandy, his wife, and two sons moved to Panama City. Shortly thereafter, in 2015 they relocated to Clearwater, FL. Dr. Andre Kandy enjoys fishing and biking in his free time.
