Dr. Alexander Plevris enjoys spending time with his patients and turning what can be a stressful experience into a simple one. He was born and raised in Ohio, and graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in Microbiology. Next, he moved down to Bradenton, FL to attend LECOM School of Dental Medicine. There, he met his wife and began to set down the roots that would ultimately bring him back to Florida. After graduating dental school, he began practicing in Pennsylvania. However, with family ties in the area, the decision return to Florida was an easy one.

Dr. Plevris participates in Mission of Mercy and Remote Access Medical events as way to put his expertise to use for those less fortunate. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Plevris enjoys spending time with his family, football, coffee, and barbecuing.
