Dr. Alexander Plevris enjoys spending time with his patients and turning what can be a stressful experience into a simple one. He was born and raised in Ohio, and graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in Microbiology. Next, he moved down to Bradenton, FL to attend LECOM School of Dental Medicine. There, he met his wife and began to set down the roots that would ultimately bring him back to Florida. After graduating dental school, he began practicing in Pennsylvania. However, with family ties in the area, the decision return to Florida was an easy one.

Dr. Plevris participates in Mission of Mercy and Remote Access Medical events as way to put his expertise to use for those less fortunate. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Plevris enjoys spending time with his family, football, coffee, and barbecuing.

I love the dentist. He takes care of you without as always trying to tell you you need more work more work like other dentist where you feel pressured. The girls at the desk. The hygenist they are all so professional and caring. I also have a hard work schedule to make an appointment. They are always accommodating and make it work.

My family and I have been patients here for 10 years. Dr Castelano is truly one of a kind, he is in the business to care for his patients. His office is not about selling you unnecessary dental work to make a quick buck. Love him and his team, I highly recommend him. He is the true definition of a doctor.

In addition to a friendly, thoughtful and considerate front staff, the dentists and assistants are thorough and gentle. Dr. Sojo has been fabulous, he is like one-stop dental shopping. I was told that a tooth required a root canal, I inquired as to who to see to handle that before I could have a crown for the tooth. Dr. Sojo said he does it all…and he did.

Dr. Castellano and the staff at Westchase Premier Dental are truly the best there is in the area! They always make you feel at home and make you proud of your smile!
